# Finance Analyst **DRJ BUSINESS CONSULTING INC** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role · Perform detailed reconciliation and analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts. · Investigate and resolve aged balances, unreconciled items, and accounting exceptions. · Prepare reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation for management review. · Support balance sheet clean-up initiatives, including identification and resolution of legacy and outstanding balances. · Maintain trackers for identified issues, remediation plans, and agreed action items. · Follow up with accountable business units and support functions to monitor progress and ensure timely closure of actions. · Assist in identifying, validating, and tracking asset recovery opportunities, including advances, deposits, inventory, fixed assets, and other outstanding balances. · Monitor status of recovery activities and confirm implementation of agreed recovery actions. · Coordinate with Finance, Shared Services, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to obtain supporting information and resolve outstanding issues. · Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end balance sheet review activities. · Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready documentation for all assigned work. · Prepare periodic status updates and management reports on reconciliation, clean-up, and recovery activities. Expected Deliverables Assigned balance sheet accounts reconciled and properly documented. Timely resolution or escalation of unreconciled and aged balances. Updated trackers for balance sheet clean-up initiatives and remediation actions. Documentation and monitoring of asset recovery and account resolution efforts. Audit-ready supporting schedules and working papers. Regular progress reports to BU Controllers and Finance Leads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business course. Working knowledge of balance sheet accounts and general ledger processes. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to manage multiple assignments and work with various stakeholders. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Preferred Experience Background in FMCG, manufacturing, shared services, or large corporate finance environments. Experience in balance sheet review, account reconciliation, audit support, financial close activities, or finance remediation projects. Familiarity with action tracking, issue management, and process improvement initiatives. Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: FS Reconciliation: 1 year (Required) Location: Quezon City (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
