Finance Administrator Investment/Insurance

Responsibilities

Reports to the Finance & Compliance Manager

Double entries and maintenance of and postings to the Nominal Ledger (SAP)

Responsibility for the preparation of several reporting (Group; Statutory and regulatory; Investment and Statistic)

Management of accounts payable

Reconciliation of bank accounts and investments

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 1 years experience in a role in the Financial Services area, ideally with a focus

on the insurance sector

Knowledge of the accounting standards under IFRS (for insurance) and reporting in Ireland

(Ideally)

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written within the company/group and to

external parties

Computer literate (Ideally strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of SAP and Tagetik)

Languages – English and Italian

Degree in Business or experience
