It is driven by 2 key businesses; ODM/OEM of medical/healthcare devices, IoT products, consumer electronic lifestyle gadgets and industrial equipment for multinationals worldwide and the provision of cloud computing solutions.

In view of our expansion, we are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position:

Responsibilities

• To prepare and review general ledger accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• To support or perform monthly closing in adherence to deadlines and ensure that accounting entries are supported, documented and recorded.
• To perform accounts reconciliation and assist in accounts consolidation.
• To work closely with the finance team and relevant departments to resolve accounting issues.
• To support year-end audit and statutory reporting.
• To suggest process improvement that enhances efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a public- listed company engaged in group financial reporting and consolidation of accounts.
• Good understanding of Oracle or similar ERP and/or accounting system would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, attention to detail and with good interpersonal skills.
