About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Manager - Finance & Accounts to oversee end-to-end finance operations, management reporting, statutory compliance, and treasury activities. Reporting directly to the CFO / Director of Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining strong internal financial controls, driving process automation, and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, journal entry reviews, and month-end/year-end closure.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), departmental KPI trackers, and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, annual reconciliations) and TDS payments/returns.
• Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations, receivables/payables aging, and working capital collections.
• Oversee treasury and banking operations, including fund flow management, cash flow forecasting, and debt/financing coordination.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and GST auditors for seamless, observation-free audit closures.
• Assist in preparing periodic investor presentations, financial modeling, fundraising support, and data room management.
• Drive ERP usage, process automation, and internal financial control (SOP) enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent degree.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in core Finance & Accounts.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and finalization of accounts.
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP platforms and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in investor reporting or fundraising environments is a strong advantage.

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Location: In-person (Mumbai)

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
