# FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER **Bright Deal International General Contracting L.L.C** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Company: Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC (BDI) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge of UAE accounting and taxation requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage overall finance and accounting operations, including financial statements, budgeting, and reporting. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costing, profitability, and cost control. - Handle banking operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, bid bonds, performance guarantees, and advance payment guarantees . - Coordinate with banks on credit facilities, loans, guarantee renewals, and financing arrangements. - Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing. - Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial regulations. - Coordinate with auditors, banks, clients, suppliers, and internal departments. - Supervise the accounts team and maintain effective internal financial controls. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage. - Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience , preferably in the UAE construction or contracting industry. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting requirements. - Experience in project costing, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet reporting deadlines.
