Finance & Accounting Manager
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER Location: Phu My, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam 【JOB DESCRIPTION】 Oversee all Finance & Accounting activities, including General Accounting, Cost Accounting, AR/AP, Treasury and Financial Reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with VAS, tax regulations and statutory requirements. Manage tax compliance, tax filings, reporting and payments. Analyze financial performance, cash flow and capital efficiency to support management decisions. Manage bank loans, credit applications, related documentation, negotiations and debt repayments. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders. Lead, train and supervise the Finance & Accounting team. 【 REQUIREMENTS 】 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience in Accounting & Tax, with strong attention to detail and compliance. Knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting and cash flow planning is an advantage. Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage. Stable career history and long-term commitment are highly valued.
