You will coordinate rollout activities, align priorities with business and cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies. Acting as a key link between Business, IT, Product Owners, Deployment Teams, and operational functions, you will help translate business requirements into implementation plans. You will support the transition from SPIRIDON and legacy systems to AGORA processes, assessing business impacts, driving process harmonization, and ensuring local requirements are addressed throughout the rollout. Working with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions, you will facilitate discussions, track open topics, support decision-making, and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. How You'll Make an Impact - Support the FIN GS EU&AF Business Area Rollout Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing AGORA rollout activities across the region. - Act as a liaison between Business, IT, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Deployment Teams, and local organizations. - Understand, document, and assess current-state business processes and compare them with future-state AGORA processes based on SAP S/4HANA. - Support business process harmonization and identify opportunities to align local practices with global standards - Follow up business workshops, fit-gap discussions, process reviews, and readiness assessments. - Gather, structure, and document business requirements, process deviations, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Monitor rollout progress and ensure transparency regarding open actions, decisions, and critical milestones. - Support organizational change management activities by helping stakeholders understand upcoming process and system changes. - Provide support to the business testing activities, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business sign-off processes. - Ensure that local business representatives are adequately informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the rollout lifecycle. - Prepare management updates, status reports, and decision papers for regional and global stakeholders. - Identify implementation risks and support the development of mitigation actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and IT team leaders. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and best practices from completed rollouts. What You Bring - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst, Transformation Consultant, Commercial Project Manager (CPM), Process Expert, or similar role - Strong understanding of commercial and operational business processes, preferably within Siemens Energy, the energy sector, or project-driven organizations are considered a strong advantage. - Practical experience in Commercial Project Management (CPM), Finance, Controlling, Project Execution, Service Business, or related business functions is considered an advantage - Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives, SAP implementations, or large-scale business transformation programs, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on standard business processes across Procurement & Supply Chain (MM, general knowledge of WM), Project Management, Finance & Controlling, and Sales & Customer Management (SD, CS) - Ability to understand both business requirements and system/process implications while effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proven capability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups within complex international project environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics into clear actions and decisions - Experience in process modeling, process analysis, and business process optimization - Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously - Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills - Knowledge of Siemens Energy business processes, organizational structures, SPIRIDON, and AGORA is considered a significant advantage - Experience working in international and multicultural environments - Fluent English, Spanish language is an advantage. - Self-driven, proactive, and highly collaborative personality with a strong passion for business transformation and continuous improvement About the Team The FIN GS EU&AF organization is driving the business transformation journey towards a harmonized and future-ready system and process landscape.
