# Field Trainer (Home Appliances) @ KL **CALIBRE EVENTS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Pay: 3,950.00 (MYR) - 5,000.00 (MYR) per month Job description: - Develop competency and sales skills of Field Force Agents and Dealer Floor Sales Managers to improve customer communication strategies. - Evaluate Field Force Agents’ capability, product knowledge, and selling skills through written tests and role plays. - Build and maintain good relationships with outlet PICs and sales staff. - Provide feedback and updates on sales, stock, pricing, promotions, and service-related matters. - Continuously improve communication and training skills to conduct effective training sessions. - Acquire strong product knowledge and share accurate product information with sales staff and customers. - Ensure product information provided is accurate and up to date. - Maintain a professional appearance during working hours and events. - Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, marketing activities, and sales strategies. - Collect feedback from sales teams regarding product, pricing, and promotions. - Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and materials. - Prepare assessment questions to evaluate Field Force Agents’ product knowledge. - Participate in roadshows, events, and sales activities when required.
