LTD.** · Woodlands · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission Trouble-shooting and customer support Perform continual improvement program, parts overhaul, preventive measures, modification and repair work on equipment Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives Liaise with customer for design conceptual and requirement Keep track of engineering changes, prepare and update machine operation manual all documentation Preparation of technical issue report Responsible for 24/7 on-call duty Requirements: Min. Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent Good communications & organization skill PC relevant knowledge Self-motivated, responsible and team player Service job experience or customer facing experience preferred . Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with counterparts based in China (HQ).
