This position will work closely with team members and customers to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, inspected, and operating according to company procedures and quality standards. The role includes cleanroom work and may require shift or after-hours support. Key Responsibilities Support new equipment and system installations . Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to abnormal equipment signals or operating conditions. Use hand tools, electronic diagnostic equipment, test fixtures, and other maintenance tools. Perform QA inspections on pumps and equipment upon arrival and removal . Conduct required qualification testing on equipment and systems. Perform QA inspections of: Newly installed systems, Systems currently in production, Equipment and systems following removal Document maintenance, inspection, testing, and service activities as required. Collaborate with coworkers and customers to resolve equipment issues efficiently. Follow all company, customer-site, cleanroom, and safety procedures. Provide after-hours or shift support when required. Travel out of state as needed, approximately 10% . Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or training is preferred. Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred. Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office . Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team. Leadership or team-lead experience is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to successfully complete a background check. OSHA and applicable safety training will be provided upon employment. Physical & Cleanroom Requirements Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must be physically able to properly wear a respirator when required. Facial hair that interferes with the respirator's seal is not permitted. Schedule Primary business hours are generally: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Depending on customer and operational needs, the position may also require: After-hours support Day or night assignments Weekend or holiday coverage 24/7 support rotation Specific schedules will be communicated based on assignment and customer requirements.
