Conduct in-person meetings with salon owners, professionals, and beauty business clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate sales agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty and repeat business. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, especially those relevant to salon operations, and communicate their value effectively. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager regularly. Stay updated with beauty and salon industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
