This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fieldwork, community interaction, and achieving recruitment goals. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified drivers through on-ground activities, including community outreach, area saturation, and direct engagement with potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: Actively source and recruit drivers through fieldwork and local area visits Conduct face-to-face engagement with potential applicants Build strong relationships within the community to attract qualified candidates Qualifications: Experience in sales, recruitment, fieldwork, or community outreach is a plus, but not required Comfortable using mobile apps and social media to connect with applicants Willing to work in field and travel daily Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (NON-PRO or PRO) Must be living in Caloocan, Pasay, Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, or Quezon City Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Discounted lunch Employee discount Free parking Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): Are you comfortable doing fieldwork on a daily basis?
