We’re Hiring: Field Recruiter | Mumbai Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Experience: 1+ year in Field Recruitment / Blue-Collar Hiring We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities: Source and mobilize blue-collar candidates through field visits Build relationships with NGOs, GDA centres, training institutes and community groups Conduct job fairs and recruitment drives Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing channels Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups Manage documentation and onboarding Achieve hiring targets within timelines Travel locally for recruitment activities Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 1+ year of experience in field recruitment Experience in blue-collar hiring preferred Strong communication and networking skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable with field-based recruitment and local travel Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
