Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily market visits to identify, approach, and source eligible candidates for recruitment and enrollment. - Generate candidate references through existing candidates, local contacts, community networks, and referrals. - Identify and bring in genuine and eligible candidates who meet the required criteria. - Explain job opportunities - Follow up with interested candidates and share them the details for work - Build and maintain a strong network of local contacts to generate a continuous pipeline of candidates. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Willingness to travel locally for market visits and field recruitment. - Ability to generate references and source genuine candidates. - Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people. - Prior experience in field sales, recruitment, tele calling, Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
