We are looking for Field recruiters to join Delhivery for the Bengaluru Metro Roles and Responsibilities: - Onboard stores(Kirana Stores model) across the assigned Territory. Hire vendors and manage performance. Do Field Events and manage recruitments fulfilled at the DC level. Manage Delivery Boys compliance, and Resolve Disruptions at the DC. Experience :- Must have strong experience in managing Delivery Boys. Strong Hiring experience in a metropolitan city. Work experience in E-Commerce,3PL would be a help.
