In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily field activities, ensure seamless project execution, and foster strong relationships with franchisees and team members alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing processes, enhancing service, and supporting business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by managing diverse operations with energy, precision, and strategic insight. Responsibilities Lead and supervise franchisee teams to ensure efficient execution of projects, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing franchisee relationships, and expanding service offerings. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion of field activities. Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to franchisees and managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies across all field sites. Experience Proven experience in restaurant operations while leading a team. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from start to finish. Demonstrated leadership ability with supervising experience in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting franchisee relationships. Prior experience in supervising diverse teams across multiple locations is preferred. Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and compliance regulations. Key qualifications include: At least 3 years’ experience working in operational decision-making role Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations including, but not limited to: health and food safety, management procedures, service standards, bar operations, kitchen experience Minimum 3years of proven leadership and people management experience, preferably in an operational environment with knowledge of acts, standards, and regulations Strong communication and writing skills in English Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as proven guest focus i Sound judgment and decision-making skills necessary to manage operational situations Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time Join us as a Field Operations Manager and become a vital part of a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence!
