We’re looking for someone who loves meeting people and wants to build something with us. The Role This is not a desk job. You’ll spend most of your week out in the field, walking into dental offices, meeting doctors and their teams face to face, and building real, lasting referral relationships. You’ll be the face of our practice in the community. What You’ll Do - Visit general dentist offices in person to introduce our practice and build referral relationships - Follow up consistently so referring offices feel valued and know us by name - Set up lunch-and-learns, office visits, and local events - Track your outreach and results, and tell us what’s working - Plan your own territory and schedule, and own your results Who You Are - Comfortable walking in cold and starting a conversation with anyone - A natural relationship builder who people remember and like - A self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do each day - Organized, dependable, and professional - Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required if you have the people skills - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license What We Offer - Mileage/travel reimbursement - Real autonomy and trust, with no micromanaging - Room to grow as we expand Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, mostly field-based with flexibility How to Apply Send your resume and a few sentences on why you’re great at building relationships.
