Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or multi-storey building projects . Experience with 4-storey or similar multi-level buildings is an advantage. Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, load calculations, lighting and power systems, panel boards, switchgear, transformers, generators, wiring, cabling, conduits, cable trays, grounding, and lightning protection . Familiarity with fire alarm, emergency power, emergency lighting, auxiliary/low-voltage systems, testing, and commissioning . Drawing & Design Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, specifications, and shop drawings . Knowledge of load/panel schedules and electrical shop drawing coordination . Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage. Site Supervision & Quality Ability to supervise electrical workers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers . Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules . Knowledge of electrical inspection, testing, and commissioning procedures . Safety & Coordination Knowledge of electrical safety, construction safety, LOTO, Philippine Electrical Code, and applicable regulations . Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, QA/QC, Safety, consultants, and subcontractors . Capable of monitoring manpower, materials, work progress, and schedules . Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills . Detail-oriented and committed to quality and safety . Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines .
