Field Application Engineer ( for Medical Equipment ) Responsibilities: Plan and implement preventive maintenance task Preform in-site and off-site maintenance task Prepare service reports and preventive maintenance reports to customers Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and after-sales service Assist in training materials and preparation for sales events Respond to complaints and resolve issues Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Degree holder preferable in Science or Engineering study or related disciplines. Be a team player with other staff to learn about our products.
