In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations. Support the successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows. Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability. Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams. Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions. Technical Requirements: Mandatory: Experience working on a FHIR Project is mandatory. Core Technical Skills: Entity Framework / ORM tools, RESTful services, and microservices architecture. Database & Tools: Experience with SQL Server or other databases, and version control systems (Git). Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of design patterns (SOLID principles), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Cloud Platform: Familiarity with AWS is preferred. Preferred Skills: Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT). Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and collaboration skills.
