Analyze tender requirements and identify project scope, risks, and opportunities. Prepare accurate technical and commercial bids within the required deadlines. Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction works. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare cost comparisons, bid summaries, and tender analysis reports. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during the tendering process. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender clarification meetings when required. Prepare tender queries and respond to client clarifications. Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and company standards. Assist in the handover of awarded projects to the project execution team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline . Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, BOQs, specifications, and contract documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with AutoCAD and estimation software is an advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under tight deadlines.
