Anjana Spa – Rixos Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi Anjana Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate European Female Spa Manager to join our luxury wellness team and lead our branch at Rixos Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a professional leader with strong spa operations, quality management, and team leadership experience who can drive excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily spa operations and ensure luxury service standards Lead, train, and support the spa team Monitor quality standards and guest satisfaction Achieve monthly targets and support revenue growth Promote the spa and develop new business opportunities Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Manager Luxury hotel/resort spa experience preferred Strong operational and leadership skills Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development We offer a competitive package, which will be discussed during the interview.
