This is a hands-on business partnership role, with a rewarding share of the salon’s profits. The exact arrangement will be discussed based on your experience, skills, and contribution. Key responsibilities * Perform salon services hands-on and help develop the services offered. * Train and support staff, and maintain high service standards. * Manage the team and build strong relationships with clients. * Contribute to marketing and social media to promote the salon and its services. * Share ideas to improve the salon and grow its client base. Requirements * Female and Arabic-speaking. * Previous experience working in salons in the UAE. * Practical experience in hair, nails, Moroccan bath, and facials. * Hair expertise is preferred. * Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills. * Social media and marketing experience is an advantage. The salon is in a prime location and already has an established client base. We are looking for someone with strong service experience and a hands-on approach who can help develop the business.
