FEMALE REAL ESTATE RECRUITER

Trinity Real Estate is looking for an experienced Female Real Estate Recruiter to lead recruitment and help us build a strong team of high-performing property consultants.

We are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked with a Dubai real estate brokerage and has successfully recruited property consultants on commission-based structures.

This is not a general HR position. We need a recruiter who understands the Dubai real estate industry, knows where to find productive agents and has a proven track record of bringing quality talent into a brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit experienced property consultants for Secondary Sales, Leasing and Off-Plan divisions on commission basis.
• Head-hunt productive agents from established Dubai real estate brokerages.
• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and industry connections.
• Screen and interview candidates based on their real estate experience, transaction history and performance.
• Successfully recruit agents who are comfortable working on commission-based compensation.
• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and retention.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience recruiting real estate agents on commission-only or commission-based roles.
• Must have a proven record of successfully hiring property consultants.
• Strong network within Dubai's real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and headhunting skills.
• Ability to identify genuine sales performers, not just CV applicants.

What We Offer:

• Fixed Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience.
