This is a primarily outdoor, field-based position , ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, conducting property viewings, visiting properties, and actively working in the real estate market. The role requires being regularly out of the office , meeting property owners and clients, attending viewings, sourcing properties, and developing new business opportunities across Doha. Key Responsibilities: Spend a significant part of the working day outdoors and in the field Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers Visit properties across Doha to collect details, photos, videos, and updates Meet property owners and build strong professional relationships Actively source new properties and generate new leads Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties Follow up with clients and prospects Negotiate deals and support transactions through to completion Stay updated on available properties and current market trends Requirements: Previous experience in real estate sales is essential Comfortable with outdoor/field work and frequent property visits Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Confident dealing directly with clients and property owners Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven Professional and customer-focused attitude Fluent in English Valid Driving License Salary & Commission: Salary and commission are flexible and will be discussed during the interview , depending on experience and qualifications.
