The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in medical photography, healthcare content creation, doctor and medical staff photography, event coverage, video production, and social media content . The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and able to communicate professionally with doctors, patients, staff, and management. Key Responsibilities Produce professional photography for doctors, consultants, and medical teams. Photograph hospital facilities, departments, services, and approved medical content. Cover hospital events, conferences, campaigns, and activities. Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Produce Reels, Stories, short-form videos, interviews, and promotional content . Develop creative concepts for doctors, medical services, awareness campaigns, and social media. Produce educational and medical video content featuring doctors and specialists. Edit photos and videos to a high professional standard. Maintain the hospital's visual identity across all content. Work closely with doctors, medical departments, management, and the Marketing team. Maintain an organized digital archive of photography and video assets. Follow current photography, video, and social media trends. Strictly follow patient privacy, confidentiality, and photography consent policies. Requirements Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Content Creator. Previous experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare is highly preferred and strongly required. Strong experience in medical, portrait, corporate, and event photography. Excellent social media content creation skills. Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, photography, and video production. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro . Creative, professional, presentable, and detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working with doctors, patients, and medical teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy. Languages Arabic: Fluent – Mandatory. English: Very Good . Portfolio A professional portfolio is required , demonstrating previous work in medical/healthcare photography, doctor portraits, events, video production, Reels, and social media content.
