Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time About the Role ONEA Clinic is seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Female HR Manager & Recruiter to oversee end-to-end Human Resources operations and spearhead talent acquisition across clinical, administrative, and management positions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise, ensuring smooth onboarding, strict compliance with UAE Labour Law, and a high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier clinical, aesthetic, and administrative staff (doctors, nurses, customer relations, marketing, and support staff). - HR Strategy & Operations: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with clinic goals and UAE legal standards. - Employee Relations & Performance: Manage performance evaluation cycles, address employee grievances, maintain morale, and foster a positive organizational environment. - Compliance & Legal: Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processing, licensing registrations, MOH/DHA regulations, and WPS payroll requirements. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the complete lifecycle of employees, including documentation, orientation, probation tracking, exit interviews, and end-of-service processing. - HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave tracking, and collaborate with accounting/finance for monthly payroll processing. Requirements & Qualifications - Gender: Female (Required based on operational and team requirements). - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist/Management and Talent Acquisition experience (experience in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare sectors in the UAE is highly preferred). - Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing procedures, and healthcare licensing standards. - Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage. - Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with high attention to detail and discretion. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (SHRM / CIPD) are a plus.
