Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents on a commission basis Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and personal networks Conduct initial screening and interviews Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate sales candidates Target agents with existing Dubai real estate experience Explain the company's commission structure, requirements and benefits to candidates Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding Continuously build a database of active and experienced real estate agents Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market Proven ability to recruit commission-based property consultants/real estate agents Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent sourcing and networking ability UAE/Dubai recruitment experience preferred Compensation: Fixed Salary + Recruitment Incentives / Commission Additional incentives will be provided based on the successful hiring and joining of real estate agents.
