The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, good knowledge of wellness and slimming services, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of clinic targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, motivate, and monitor the clinic team to achieve business and service targets. Conduct wellness, slimming, and lifestyle consultations with clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs and services. Drive sales, revenue, client retention, and overall clinic performance. Follow up with existing clients and support client conversion and retention. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor daily/monthly sales and operational performance. Prepare and share regular reports on clinic performance and targets. Ensure company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality are maintained. Coordinate with management and other departments regarding staffing, operations, and business requirements. Support promotional activities, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. Ensure the team provides a high standard of customer service and maintains a professional clinic environment. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience in clinic management, wellness, slimming, beauty, healthcare, or a related industry. Previous experience in a clinic, wellness centre, slimming centre, or beauty industry is preferred. Strong communication, counselling, sales, and team-management skills. Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills. Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment. Good leadership and problem-solving abilities. UAE experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in wellness counselling and clinic sales will have an added advantage.
