Position: Female Barista / Baker Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Café / Operations Manager Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Female Barista / Baker to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have good experience in coffee preparation and baking, with strong attention to product quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare espresso-based coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards. Operate and maintain the coffee machine, grinder, and other bar equipment. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized barista station. Baking Duties Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products according to approved recipes. Follow recipes, measurements, baking temperatures, timings, and portion standards accurately. Prepare doughs, batters, creams, fillings, and toppings as required. Ensure proper baking, finishing, decoration, and presentation of products. Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency. Maintain proper storage and labeling of bakery ingredients and finished products. Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Develop new bakery products when requested and approved by management. Cleaning & Hygiene Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and bakery cleanliness. Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, utensils, and storage areas. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times. Ensure ingredients and finished products are stored correctly. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month Work Location: In person
