Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-time Department: Production and Operations Reports To: Operations Manager Role Overview Amanies Co. is seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Female Bakery Production & Delivery Supervisor to coordinate daily cake production, quality control, packaging, and delivery operations. The supervisor will review customer order forms, organize production priorities, monitor bakers and decorators, inspect completed orders, and coordinate drivers. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that every order is prepared exactly as requested and delivered safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Order Review and Planning · Review all daily customer order forms and confirm the required details, including delivery location, and delivery time. · Identify unclear, incomplete, or conflicting order information and obtain clarification before production begins. · Prepare and communicate the daily production schedule to bakers, decorators, and other team members. · Prioritize orders according to their required completion and delivery times. Production Supervision · Monitor production progress throughout the day and ensure the team follows the approved schedule. · Follow up closely with bakers and decorators to prevent delays. · Coordinate between the sales, production, decoration, packaging, and delivery teams. · Identify production problems early and take immediate corrective action. · Reassign tasks or arrange backup support when production falls behind schedule. · Ensure staff follow company procedures, hygiene requirements, and food-safety standards. Quality Control · Inspect every completed order against the original customer order form before packaging. · Ensure each product meets Amanies Co.’s quality and presentation standards. · Confirm that cakes and other products are properly packaged, labelled, stored, and protected before dispatch. · Prevent incorrect, incomplete, or damaged orders from leaving the premises. Delivery Coordination · Arrange deliveries according to customer locations, order priorities, and promised delivery times. · Assign orders to drivers and confirm that drivers receive the correct orders and complete delivery information. · Track deliveries and maintain communication with drivers until each order is successfully delivered. · Take immediate action when a driver is delayed, unavailable, or facing a delivery problem. · Coordinate collections by customers and ensure orders are ready at the agreed time. Reporting and Problem-Solving · Maintain accurate records of completed, collected, dispatched, delivered, delayed, returned, or cancelled orders. · Record production mistakes, delivery delays, customer complaints, and corrective actions. · Report serious quality, production, staffing, or delivery issues to management immediately. · Assist management in improving production schedules, order-handling procedures, and delivery performance. Candidate Requirements · Female candidate currently residing in Qatar. · Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in bakery operations, food production, catering, hospitality supervision, logistics, or delivery coordination. · Strong ability to read, understand, and verify detailed customer order forms. · Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail, especially when checking customized cakes and event orders. · Confident personality with the ability to supervise staff firmly, respectfully, and professionally. · Ability to remain calm, make quick decisions, and manage several urgent orders under pressure. · Good spoken and written English is required. · Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. · Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, online maps, and order-management systems. · Transferable Qatar residence permit or valid authorization to work in Qatar. · Available to join immediately or within a short notice period. · Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, public holidays, and additional hours during busy seasons. · Diploma or certificate in hospitality, food production, business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred. · Knowledge of food hygiene procedures is an advantage.
