This role involves coordinating farm activities, managing personnel, maintaining productivity, and implementing effective agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement farm management plans to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise farm workers, assign responsibilities, and coordinate daily workloads.
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, irrigation systems, and overall farm performance.
• Manage agricultural resources, equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Coordinate the purchasing and distribution of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farming materials.
• Implement appropriate pest control, disease prevention, and crop protection measures.
• Monitor production costs, operational budgets, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain farm records, production reports, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve farming techniques, sustainability, and production quality.
