Family Office Accountant
Take ownership of the accounting and period-end closing activities for designated entities across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Perform reconciliations covering bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key balance sheet accounts. Prepare journals, accruals, adjustments, and other entries required as part of the closing process. Prepare entity-level financial statements and supporting documentation. Assist with group-level consolidation, including intercompany matching, reconciliation, and elimination adjustments. Maintain investment records and reconcile portfolio positions and transactions against information from banks, custodians, brokers, and investment managers. Provide financial and investment information for internal management reporting and analysis. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for external audits and coordinate requests from auditors. Coordinate with tax advisors on corporate tax computations, filings, and related matters. Ensure accounting and reporting practices remain aligned with applicable SFRS(I) and Singapore regulatory standards.
