Scope of Work - Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents to generate accurate legal insights for AI training purposes. - Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes. - Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law (e.g., custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements). - Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files. - Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. - Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer. - Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.
