# Factory QAQC Engineer **FASCLAD, INC** · Valenzuela · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 19 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in glass and aluminum fabrication, façade works, manufacturing, or construction. Experience in plant/production supervision, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC) . Knowledge of glass and aluminum façade systems , including aluminum frames, curtain walls, windows, doors, glazing, and related façade components. Familiarity with fabrication processes, shop drawings, material specifications, and installation requirements . Ability to inspect materials, fabrication, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, testing, and documentation . Able to supervise production workers and coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Site Operations . Strong skills in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving . Able to identify fabrication defects, non-conformities, and production issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Proficient in preparing inspection reports, quality reports, production reports, and other technical documentation . Knowledge of applicable safety and quality standards in manufacturing and façade construction. Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willing to work under pressure and meet production and project deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
