About You

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Factory Manager who will be responsible for overseeing production and process in our Dubai product finishing facility. ensuring products and services are processed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a hands-on individual with previous coatings and PVD experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, service and safety.

This position would suit someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and managing a team.

Role Responsibilities

· Manage a team of operatives including setting workload schedules, process maps, ensuring all customer expectations are met.

· Monitor machine and personnel performance.

· Carry out machine start-up and shutdown procedures where required.

· Ensure machines are operating in line with daily production schedules

· Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, maintenance requirements, or quality concerns immediately

· Create, manage and Coordinate daily production activities with the Production Team.

· Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on machine status, production output, and operational issues.

· Communicate production delays, maintenance requirements, and quality concerns promptly

· Support the achievement of daily and monthly production targets

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

· Follow company quality, safety, and operational procedures at all times

· Assist in other factory operations and production activities when machine workloads permit

· Reporting to the Head of Operations and General Manager.

Requirements of Role

Essential:

· Previous experience in a PVD / coating / manufacturing environment

· Ability to operate both manual and automatic production machinery

· Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, and machine operation

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

· Ability to identify and report machine faults or quality issues promptly

· Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

· Physically capable of handling products and working within a factory environment
