Plan and monitor marble cutting, polishing, finishing, and fabrication processes. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Supervise production staff, machine operators, and factory workers. Coordinate with project, procurement, logistics, and site teams for smooth material flow. Monitor machinery, equipment maintenance, and minimize production downtime. Ensure proper utilization of marble slabs, materials, tools, and manpower. Maintain production records, inventory, and daily reports. Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce wastage. Requirements Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Production, Operations, or a related field. Proven experience of 5+ years as Factory Manager in the marble/stone industry. Strong knowledge of marble cutting, CNC, polishing, edge finishing, and fabrication processes. Experience in manpower, production, quality, and inventory management. Good leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE experience is preferred.
