Responsibilities - Manage daily marble factory operations and production schedules. - Plan manpower, machinery and materials to meet delivery deadlines. - Oversee cutting, polishing, finishing and fabrication processes. - Monitor production costs, material waste and operational efficiency. - Ensure products meet approved drawings and quality specifications. - Coordinate machinery maintenance and address production delays. - Lead supervisors and production teams. - Report production performance and operational issues to management. - Maintain workplace safety standards. Requirements - Experience managing marble factory operations. - A production or engineering background. - Strong knowledge of marble processing, machinery and quality control. - Experience in production planning, team management and cost control. - Ability to read technical drawings and resolve operational problems. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
