Factory Manager – Aluminum & Glass (10–15 Years Experience)
Ashbilia Aluminum is seeking a highly experienced Engineer Factory Manager specialized in Aluminum & Glass fabrication to manage and operate our aluminum manufacturing facility dedicated to façades, curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, and structural glazing. The ideal candidate must have 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in aluminum fabrication, production management, and factory operations, with strong leadership skills and deep technical knowledge of aluminum systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily operations of the aluminum & glass fabrication factory. Lead production teams and ensure efficient workflow across all fabrication sections. Oversee manufacturing of façades, curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, and glazing systems. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams. Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery of fabricated materials. Monitor machinery performance, maintenance, and operational safety. Improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance manufacturing processes. Manage inventory, material usage, and factory cost control. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial) or related field. 10–15 years of experience in aluminum fabrication and factory management. Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, façades, curtain walls, cladding, and glass works. Proven experience in managing and operating aluminum manufacturing facilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. UAE experience is highly preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
