Job Description – Factory Accounts Executive Company: Indepesca Overseas Pvt Ltd Position: Factory Accounts Executive Location: Mumbai Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 3–5 Years CTC: ₹3.00 Lacs – ₹5.00 Lacs per annum Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing along the Central & Harbour Railway Line will be preferred. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Factory Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP, factory accounting, vendor/customer accounting, reconciliations, and financial documentation . Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities at the factory. Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, payment, receipt, and journal entries in SAP. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting of factory transactions. Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, expenses, and supporting documents . Perform vendor and customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Manage bank and cash transactions , including bank reconciliation. Monitor factory-related expenses and ensure proper accounting and documentation. Coordinate with the Factory, Purchase, Stores, Operations, and HO Accounts teams for accounting-related matters. Verify GRN, invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents . Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS/reports. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements . Assist in inventory-related accounting and reconciliation wherever required. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls. Support the Finance Manager/Accounts Head in other accounting and reporting activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or equivalent . 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment . Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Good knowledge of Tally/Excel will be an added advantage. Good understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger scrutiny . Proficiency in MS Excel . Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments. Preferred Profile Candidates with prior experience in factory/manufacturing accounts will be preferred. Candidates residing or commuting conveniently through the Central & Harbour Railway Line will be preferred. Immediate or short-notice joiners would be an advantage. Compensation CTC: ₹3.00 Lacs – ₹5.00 Lacs per annum , depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
