FACILITY SUPERVISOR - ELECTRICAL

Job Description

Gulfcraft Trading & Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Facility Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and have solid experience in Facility Management operations, electrical maintenance, and site supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily electrical maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, monitoring work performance, ensuring effective implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and maintaining accurate site and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance and facility management activities.
• Monitor electrical systems, equipment, and installations to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
• Coordinate and assign maintenance tasks to electrical technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and evaluate technicians' performance, productivity, and quality of work.
• Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Operate and manage FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or equivalent systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain PPM reports, site reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of electrical faults.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other facility management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience .
• Minimum 4 years of Gulf experience .
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is mandatory.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical maintenance, electrical systems, and facility management operations.
• Practical experience with FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical facility operations and maintenance procedures.
• Experience in technicians' performance evaluation, PPM monitoring, and site reporting.
• Strong supervisory, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
