Facility Supervisor

Eco Facility Management LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Facility Supervisor / Facility Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, operational management skills, and the ability to coordinate maintenance teams while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily facility management and maintenance operations.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil, and general maintenance activities.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are completed as per schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure buildings are maintained in proper condition.
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service requests.
• Supervise technicians, housekeeping staff, and other site personnel as required.
• Coordinate with clients, property management, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, maintenance updates, and quotations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and daily work schedules.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, PPM schedules, complaints, and compliance trackers.
• Identify operational issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, civil, and general building maintenance.
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams and managing multiple sites.
• Good knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, AMC operations, and technical reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to independently manage site operations and coordinate with clients.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

We are looking for a proactive, technically sound, and well-organized professional who can independently manage facility operations, lead maintenance teams, maintain service quality, and ensure effective coordination with clients and management.

Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant Facilities Management experience are preferred.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
