# Facility Supervisor **Dieture** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DESCRIPTION Facility Supervisor Role Overview The MEP & Facility Supervisor will oversee MEP, HVAC, fire protection, utilities, and facility maintenance activities during the factory construction, commissioning, and operational phases. The role will ensure all systems are installed, commissioned, maintained, and operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved specifications and Qatar regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise MEP works including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of works. Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and installation works. Conduct site inspections and monitor testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems. Manage HVAC installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance. Oversee maintenance and operational reliability of commercial/industrial kitchen equipment, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, exhaust systems, pumps, and related utilities. Lead facility maintenance activities covering electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and building services. Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure timely response to breakdowns. Ensure fire protection and life-safety systems are properly maintained and compliant with Qatar Civil Defense requirements. Supervise contractors and vendors, including reviewing quotations, service reports, invoices, and work completion. Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, service contracts, and identify opportunities for cost and energy efficiency. Maintain equipment registers, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation. Ensure all maintenance and MEP activities comply with HSE and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision, facility management, industrial maintenance, or similar roles. Experience with commercial/industrial kitchen equipment is highly preferred. Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of MEP systems. Knowledge of Qatar Civil Defense requirements and HSE standards is preferred. Key Skills Strong technical knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems. Ability to read MEP drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Strong preventive and corrective maintenance knowledge. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong contractor/vendor management and communication skills. Leadership and team-management abilities. Ability to respond effectively to breakdowns and emergency situations. Good knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, and spare-parts management. Strong focus on safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: MEP: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
