This role supports facility activities, coordinates operational staff, and responds to maintenance and guest-service needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily facility operations and operational staff. Coordinate facility activities, schedules, and event support. Monitor ice rink, public areas, equipment, and building conditions. Help ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and properly maintained. Respond to operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. Support setup and breakdown for games, practices, tournaments, and events. Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance guidance. Communicate with customers, teams, vendors, and internal departments. Follow company safety, emergency, and facility procedures. Complete operational reports and communicate issues to management. Requirements Previous experience in facility operations, recreation, hospitality, or a related field. Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple operational priorities in a busy environment. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
