Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of facilities and assets. Oversee facility-related vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for achieving the satisfactory general average for KPI aspect. Provide estimation, BOQ/BOM, and other reference information/data for adhoc or special projects needed or as requested by the client or as needed by the team for site execution. Collaborate with internal partners to build input-focused operating plans for achievement of key measures. Build partnerships with internal and external teams to collaborate and drive measurable improvements in areas that cause customer pain and data associate frustration. Work with Operations Engineering leadership / Engineering managers to clearly articulate all reports to be reported, Practice Client Facing and customer service skills. Monitors and supervise the over-all activities of all his/her subordinates. Updates the daily tracker of activities, submits accomplishment report daily, provide data for the weekly and monthly report that is being discussed and submitted to Client. Analyze all concerns and issues arising from the team and provide action to correct and prevent recurrence that may hamper the operations of the client’s operation. Qualifications: At least more than 5-years related working experience in the field of Facility and Engineering Services/Management, Manufacturing, Construction or Corporate field with background in Health & Safety and ISO. Knowledgeable in CAD, MS Office application, proficient typing skills. Highly organized and trustworthy, good communications skills have high attention/keen to details, reliable and dependable, can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
