Facility Manager
Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager (Hands-on) Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of offices, apartments, salons, and other properties Handle minor technical issues independently (e.g., light bulb replacement, switch repairs, hinge replacements, etc.) Perform basic checks on air conditioning systems (e.g., filter condition) Purchase necessary tools, materials, and supplies Source and obtain quotations from external contractors and service providers Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors Organize and track maintenance tasks across properties Ensure quick and efficient problem-solving, including urgent situations Be available outside regular working hours if needed (including nights) Requirements: Practical, hands-on technical mindset Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Previous experience in maintenance / operations / facilities management Good organizational and communication skills Reliable and flexible attitude English proficiency is required Nice to Have: Experience in property or facility management Existing network of local contractors/service providers Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
