This role ensures that all MEP systems, civil works, and soft services are maintained to the required standards, in compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities Ensure compliance with UAE authorities, safety regulations, and statutory requirements Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime Ensure adherence to HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks when required Support audits and inspections by clients, consultants, and authorities Maintain asset registers, spare parts inventory, and service records Assist in budget control and cost optimization for facility operations Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements Knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities Leadership and team supervision skills Proficient in MS Office and reporting Arabic speaking Working Conditions May require shift duties, night work, or on-call support Site-based role with occasional office reporting Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
