Key Responsibilities Manage daily facilities operations and ensure the workplace is safe, clean and well maintained. Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance schedules. Manage external contractors, service providers and maintenance vendors. Monitor facilities-related budgets, expenses and service contracts. Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues. Coordinate cleaning, security, utilities, equipment and other workplace services. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts and facility-related documentation. Ensure facilities comply with applicable workplace safety and operational requirements. Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Work with internal departments to support office and workplace requirements. Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency and control operating costs. Requirements Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant facilities or building management experience. Good knowledge of facilities maintenance and vendor management. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting/documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
