Job Description

RAWTHERS Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage daily site operations, coordinate maintenance teams, supervise technicians and ensure the efficient execution of maintenance and technical works across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance or building renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage work schedules and supervise maintenance crews, technicians, foremen and site workers.
• Site Management: Monitor daily work progress, manpower deployment, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general maintenance activities.
• Planning & Scheduling: Prepare daily and weekly work plans, allocate manpower and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Client Coordination: Attend site inspections, communicate with clients and respond to maintenance requests and complaints professionally.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed works, identify defects and ensure proper rectification before handover.
• Materials & Procurement: Prepare material requests (MR), coordinate requirements with the procurement team and monitor material consumption.
• Reporting: Submit daily progress reports, site photographs, manpower attendance and work completion updates.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, site safety procedures and company policies.
• Work Completion: Coordinate snag clearance, testing, final inspections and handover documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications and relevant supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE facilities management, building maintenance, MEP or contracting operations preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of civil maintenance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing technicians, maintenance crews and multiple job locations.
• Ability to read drawings, prepare work schedules and supervise site execution.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards and site procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability and problem-solving skills.
