The ideal candidate will lead our technical and engineering team and oversee the design, development, and execution of façade projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering and design team for façade systems (curtain wall, aluminium windows & doors, structural glazing, cladding, etc.) Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams during design and execution Provide technical support to production and site teams Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards Resolve technical challenges during fabrication and installation Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. at least 15 years of experience in façade / aluminium & glass industry. Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, and aluminium façade systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is a plus). Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating with consultants. Work Location: In person
